Amazon Echo with Alexa voice assistant is now available in India. Amazon Echo is a hands-free speaker you control with your voice. Echo connects to the Alexa Voice Service to play music, make calls, send and receive messages, provide information, news, sports scores, weather, and more—instantly. All you have to do is ask.
Users can enjoy hands-free music experience with popular Indian music service like Saavn. They can say queries like “Alexa, play Bollywood songs” or “Alexa, play Arijit Singh songs”. To enable smart home appliances, Alexa will work devices such as smart lights and plugs from brands including Philips, SYSKA LED, Oakter and TP-Link which are available in India.
