Google Android O Developer Preview 3 build OPP3.170518.006, Final APIs and SDK is now available for download. The members of the Android Beta Program also have the option to wait until the over-the-air update rolls out.

Googles latest Android O preview version is meant for early adopters and is available for daily use, development, and compatibility testing. Do keep in mind that you’ll still likely run into a number of bugs and performance issues, such as inconsistent battery life and app force closes.

There should be four developer previews hitting the shelves throughout the year in March, May, June, and August, with the official build launching sometime in Q3.

This Android O preview comes in the form of a flashable .zip file that you’re going to have to install yourself.
