Google Chrome will Block Flash Contents by Year End

Google Chrome will block all Adobe Flash contents by year end. There was a time when Google praised Flash as future of the internet. Now Google is offering HTML5 as a default selection. It would only ask you to activate Flash if there is no HTML5. If you activate Flash, Chrome would only run the plugin on that particular site for future visits. Top 10 sites would have Flash enabled by default for a year. To avoid annoying people with too many prompts Chrome would enable flash by default for YouTube, Facebook, Yahoo, Twitch, and Amazon.

lately, Google also removed some Flash ads. Flash is always associated with slowdowns, more battery consumption, crashes and security holes. Even Adobe stopped sporting flash and advised people to avoid using Flash plugin. Currently, only Microsoft is offering flash updates for its Windows OS.
