Huawei Mate 9 announced with dual Leica camera

Huawei Mate 9 announced today at an event held in Munich, Germany. The Mate 9 features 5.9″ IPS 1080p resolution display with 2.5D glass. Huawei Mate 9 run on Kirin 960 chipset, which includes octa-core processor. The phone also features ARM Mali-G71 MP8 and 4GB of onboard RAM.

Huawei Mate 9 features dual-camera setup with a 20MP f/2.2 monochrome and a 12MP f/2.2 color sensors with optical image stabilization. There is also a dual-tone dual-LED flash. According to Huawei, the camera supports a new Hybrid Zoom feature, which should allow you to zoom without loss of quality. The selfie camera is 8MP sensor with f/1.9 aperture and autofocus.

Mate 9 specs will come with 64GB expandable storage, dual-SIM and LTE connectivity, and a 4,000 mAh battery. The phone supports Super Charge with a 5A charger. There is also a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. The Huawei Mate 9 runs on Android 7.0 Nougat.

You can buy Huawei phone in six different colors Space Gray, Moonlight Silver, Champagne Gold, Mocha Brown, Ceramic White, and Black. The new phone will cost you €699 in Europe. Huawei Mate 9 phablet will release first in China, France, Malaysia, Poland, Saudi Arabia, Germany, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Spain, Thailand, and United Arab Emirates.
