Samsung Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge are now receiving February security patches G920FXXU5DQAJ and G925FXXU5DQAJ respectively. The patch contains security fixes for the Android OS.
However, Samsung Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge users are still waiting for Android 7.0 Nougat, which was released Galaxy S7 and S7 edge flagships almost six months ago. However, the company is at least continuing to keep its devices up to date with the latest security patches.
Additionally, Samsung also released a security update for Galaxy A3 (2016). Samsung Galaxy A3 (2016) is now getting new build A310FXXU2BQB1. Recently, the company also released the security update for Galaxy S7 devices.
