The new software update N2G47O, N6F27C for Nexus 6, Nexus 6P and Nexus 5X is now available for download. The latest update including May Android security patch update.
May Android software patch update include fixing 16 issues vulnerabilities and exposures in the Android OS. The company says the biggest such issue they have found is one that could allow hackers to enable remote code execution on an affected device through multiple methods such as email, web browsing, and MMS when processing media files.
The update also brings device stability improvements, bug fixes and further improvements for performance.
