T-Mobile is now rolling out a new software update N910TUVS2EQE2 or N910T3UVS3EQE2 for Galaxy Note 4 and N915TUVS2DQE2 for Galaxy Note Edge in the US. The update includes Android security patch to the device.
Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is receiving April security patch, the T-Mobile Note Edge is receiving the May security patch. The new Android May security patch brings fixes for vulnerabilities and exposures in the Android OS while Samsung has fixed some 11 bugs in its own software.
In addition, the security patch for Galaxy Note 4 fixes an issue surrounding email as well as updates the Amazon Shopping app. The firmware update also includes device stability improvements, bug fixes and further improvements for performance.

The updates will gradually release to everyone. However, you can also check manually for updates, Go to Settings > About device > System update.
