Verizon Galaxy S5 update G900VVRU2DQH2 out with August security patch

Verizon has released a new software update G900VVRU2DQH2 for Galaxy S5 smartphones in the US. The new update brings Android August security patch to the device.

The Android August security patch fixes 28 vulnerabilities in the Android operating system. The patch also fixed 12 Vulnerabilities and Exposures (SVE) that were discovered in the Samsung’s own software.
