Microsoft is now testing Windows 10 build 17034 internally. The new Redstone 4 Update build 17034 (10.0.17034.1000 rs_prerelease.171102-1458) was compiled on Nov 2, 2017.
Redstone 4 update build 17025 is already available for Slow, Fast and Skip ahead insider members. This build includes few new features and improvements to the OS.
Recently, cumulative update KB4052231 for Windows 10 version 1607 and KB4049370 for Creators Update users were released with minor fixes.
