Microsoft has just begun distributing Windows 10 Mobile Build 10586.218 along with Windows 10 PC build 10586.218. This is likely the last preview version of this build before Microsoft begins rolling it out to all Windows 10 Mobile devices.
We also have confirmation that this update is rolling out to retail devices too as in non-carrier branded Windows 10 Mobile phones.
Windows 10 Mobile official updates are now available for Lumia 1520, 930, 640, 640XL, 730, 735, 830, 532, 535, 540, 635 1GB, 636 1GB, 1GB 638, 430, 435, BLU Win HD w510u , BLU Win HD LTE x150q, CJD Madosma Q501 well as for the Lumia 950, Lumia 650 and 550, and Xiaomi E4.
