Microsoft has released yet another update KB3158988 or Build 14342.1003 for Windows Insiders Build 14342. Both mobile Insiders and desktop insiders getting this build. Windows PC insiders getting a cumulative update. While Mobile users will need to download complete new build. There were numerous reports that Mobile Build fails to install and stuck on Windows logo. Microsoft update for Mobile build will this issue. An issue with the build number showing up incorrectly in settings also has been fixed.
Microsoft posted about PC Update Build 14342.1003:
“That occurs where you can’t close Microsoft Edge or get context menus to work if you turn off all extensions without uninstalling them. It also includes a couple of fixes for some issues causing some devices to bugcheck (Bluescreen). ”
