A Hat in Time update is now available to download on PC. According to the official A Hat in Time patch notes, the latest update addresses some bugs and crashes.
Previously, a major update added new changes, fixes, and gameplay improvements.
Unfortunately, players are still experiencing several issues since the release. Today’s A Hat in Time version will fix a few of these issues.

A Hat in Time Patch Notes – Oct. 21, 2024
- Fixed an issue where some players would stutter in 5 second intervals. Thank you to KeifersIsAwesome and psoron for helping in tracking down the issue.
- Added new option to Game Settings: Sort Hats By Obtain Order. If set, hats will be sorted by the order in which they were obtained. Otherwise will be sorted by yarn cost.
