A new Abiotic Factor update 0.10.0.15214 released on PC. According to the official Abiotic Factor patch notes, the latest update 0.10.0.15214 addresses some bugs and crashes.
Since the last patch, players are experiencing problems with the game. Today’s Abiotic Factor patch 0.10.0.15214 will fix a few of these issues.

Abiotic Factor Patch 0.10.0.15214 Notes – Feb. 5, 2025
- Keypad Hacker Tier 4 has a correct recipe. However, the Keypad Hacker suspiciously located in the Wildlife Pens was not correctly changed to Tier 3. We have reprimanded the security officer in charge of this change. It was Warren again, btw.
- IS-0128 now produces an unusually blue feces on occasion… but only if they’re tamed and not being held. This is quite useful, especially for Fertilizer Tier 3, which can finally be used by the gardeners among you! Get collecting! (HINT: Try the Net Launcher.)
- Increased the frequency of Volatile Blood tubes found around the GATE Cascade Atomic Division laboratories.
- Fixed various holes in walls that scientists have reported throughout Power Services. Please do not venture into these holes.
- Fixed a strange cavity of non-water in the Buoyancy Lab. Scientists should no longer swim down and get stuck here. They can still swim down there, but we don’t recommend it because of the radiation.
- Corrected several buffs that were missing icons.
- NEW ACHIEVEMENT: Coreverse, a new achievement can now be earned by completing the main objective of The Encroachment in the Old Mines… If you have already been through the new Anteverse 299 content (there’s a bit more than meets the eye – poke around a bit more!) you can also get the achievement by returning to the central location.
- Improved lighting conditions around the Encroachment – once it is powered up.
- Added “Cold” text string to cold damage type in Compendium.
- Village Den da’ko Yeer: Fixed a very confusing portal that would turn on (only visually) when the objective is complete.
- Quill Spear no longer plays 2-dimensional audio to other players when fired.
- Shock Traps should function again. Dr. Juranović was tinkering with some new ideas and he forgot to plug some stuff back in when he was done.
- Dr. Riggs has noted an increased presence in lodestone fragments in the upper swamps of Canaan.
- Fixed an anomalous Peccary that was rather inside a pillar. It is now non-anomalous. Nonomalous.
- Fixed the issue with corn being placeable on frying pans. They are not intended to be cooked in this way, and let’s be honest, they just look dorky standing up like that.
- Composers have never dropped robot parts, and anyone who says otherwise is a liar.
- Potentially fixed a Steam Deck crash when inviting friends in the escape menu.
- Fixed IS-0407 not properly engaging in the usual murderous behavior it seems to enjoy during those foggy spells.
- Fixed several issues involving Laser Converters. No, we will not be undoing the infinite laser glitch. That would be unrealistic, and there is nothing unrealistic about this place. SCIENCE.
- Fixed an issue where playing in offline mode would save data in the wrong location.
- Disabled name searching in server browser as we work on this system. Scientists can join their friend’s Listen servers by using the Lobby Code and through joining through friends on Steam.
- If a Dedicated Server is not showing up on the server browser in-game, close the game and open the Steam Server Browser and you should be able to locate and join the server from there.
- Added a tooltip to the LAN button indicating that it’s a work in progress and to try Direct Connect if scientists have issues joining one another. Thanks for your patience while we work on the game..
