Bugfixes & Improvements
- Fixed game recieving inputs from other controllers
- Fixed painting making a sound in Map Editor even when clicking outside map
- Reordered tools to resemble Scenario Editor
- Updated some translations

- Updated user files location for custom maps/scenarios/saves
