A new Boneraiser Minions update 34.17 released on PC, PS4, PS5, and Xbox one. According to the official Boneraiser Minions patch notes, the latest update 34.17 addresses some bugs and crashes.
Since the last patch, players are experiencing problems with the game. Today’s Boneraiser Minions patch 34.17 will fix a few of these issues.

Boneworld Challenges changes
- The timezone used to determine when a new Challenge begins now uses UTC for everyone (instead of your local timezone).
- The Choose Challenge screen now has a countdown for when the next Challenge begins.
- You can now view the leaderboards of previous Challenges in the Compendium.
- Note because of these changes the current Challenge leaderboards have reset (so only leaderboards from this patch onwards can be viewed).
Class Meta changes
- Class meta that replaces your starting Barrow Boner with a specific minion will now not replace the Boner and you will now always start with that special minion (since some classes like the Imp rely on them).
- Deprived Wretch – Cowardly Rush: This will now give you Haste (instead of it being a seperate speed boost so it now uses a known mechanic).
- Liche Necromancer: 2 extra Companion Chum class meta has been added, however their Max Health reduction has been increased to -20 (to offset the Minion Invigoration health boost).
- Vampire Survivor: A new meta has been added called Batty Dashy Form which boosts your dash length by 25% (and turns you into a bat whilst dashing).
- Psycho Possessed: A new meta has been added called Psyche Invulnerability which gives Invincibility frames after each Possession (the more classes unlocked the longer the frames).
- Sinned Deamologist: A new meta has been added called Soul Dealings Lure which adds an extra Souleater Dealer event to your run.
- Gangly Grafted – Behemoth Friendship: This has been changed, instead each Barrow Boner raised has a chance of being a Behemoth Barrower.
- Meldum Afflicted: A new meta has been added called Meldraiser Spellious which gifts a Meldus Spores spell when boneraising a Meldus minion.
- Boneworm Brainiac: A new meta has been added called Raisen Occulvenate which gifts +33 Occult Health each boneraise.
- Deprived Wretch – Raisen Speedum: This will now give you Haste (instead of it being a seperate speed boost so it now uses a known mechanic).
- Imp Contraptineer: A new meta has been added called Contraptor Suffering which boosts the Damage contraptions inflict by +50%.
misc changes
- Updated the “translation_reference.csv” file.
- Crypt Hub: If you unlock Clashful Cards before Necrotic Skirmishes then it will now spawn the game mode tutorial ghost outside the Card door.
- Boneworld Challenges: This game mode is now unlocked after getting level 2+ for all Heroic Force meta (instead of level 3).
- Castle Conquest: This game mode is now unlocked after getting level 2+ Boneraise Lore meta (instead of Heroic Force).
- Restless Abyss map: The Restless Monoliths that auto-spawn will no longer do so during a Boss fight.
- Doll Maker class: The Waxen Fighter minion has been split into 3 (Peasant, Knight, Paladin). This is just to make their levelling easier to see but also affects meta relating to having different minions types.
- Doll Maker class: Levelling up a Waxen Custodian now requires the sacrifice of a minion that’s being levelled up.
- Status Screen: It will now show a minion’s level if applicable (eg for Skelly and Waxen minions).
- Status Screen: Mighty Meldus minions will now show the Meldus max minion cap, while Big Bros will now show their respective Bro max minion caps.
- Souleater Dealer: The title text is now different if you don’t have any Souls meta to spend.
- Spellious Tome contraption: This will no longer generate a spell during a Boss fight.
- Magma Gargantuan minion: They now count as 2 for the max Giant minion cap (instead of 1) since you need 2 Giants to raise them.
//bug fixes
- Crypt Hub: The Architect Mode tutorial ghost would only appear when entering the Hub (instead of immediately after buying the meta).
- Boneworld Challenges: If you were Cyclop Exile class offered a Cyclop boneraise then it would show/take Coin meta to hire them.
- Escape Menu: If you did a Quick Restart then it wouldn’t submit your score to the online leaderboards if you had loaded from a saved run.
- Souleater Dealer: During a Boneworld Challenge you couldn’t re-roll the items if you didn’t have any Soul meta.
- Psycho Possessed class – Personality Feelings meta: The next class was showing even without unlocking this meta.
- Psycho Possessed class – Identity Decision meta: This was showing 2 classes in the preview even without unlocking this meta.
- Psycho Possessed class – Identity Instability meta: You could re-roll a possession even without this meta.
- Psycho Possessed class: Whilst possessed by a Doll Maker or Beast Whisperer you could still be offered a Diablos/Gargantuan/Meldsumossous boneraise.
- Magma Gargantuan minion: His Lava ball attack wasn’t conforming with the Ghostly Minions setting.
- Behemoth Barrower minion: The Doll Maker and Beast Whisperer classes weren’t being offered this minion.
- Deamonic Monk minion: His summon visual effect wasn’t conforming with the Ghostly Minions setting.
- Bonebrobigly Destineous boneraise: When determining the random Big Bro it was ignoring the Voodoo Doll’s Zombroi Numerus meta.
- Elven Wayfinder boss: On a Forbidden Elevator map he could drop below the elevator after the ballista arrow rain attack.
