A new DSX update 1.41 released on PC. According to the official DSX patch notes, the latest update 1.41 addresses some bugs and crashes.
Since the last patch, players are experiencing problems with the game. Today’s DSX patch 1.41 will fix a few of these issues.

APP Updates:
- Farewell DSX v2: DSX v2 is no longer included with v3. A heartfelt goodbye to the version that helped shape the future of DSX. Thank you, DSX v2! <3
- Enhanced Ownership Verification: Improved ownership verification processes for both the Base App and DLC, ensuring smoother and more reliable access.
- Improved Launcher Communication: The Launcher now uses a new and more reliable method to launch DSX, enhancing stability and performance.
- Enhanced Error Logging: Introduced an Exception Enricher to significantly improve the readability of logged errors and crashes, making it easier to identify and fix bugs.
- New Language Support: Added Hebrew and Yiddish to DSX. All translation files for other languages have also been updated. Added fallback image for languages.
- Dismiss Alerts: Added a convenient dismiss button to alerts for a better user experience.
- Bug Fixes and General Improvements: Numerous fixes and optimizations to ensure a smoother app experience.
Achievements:
- Freeze Issue Resolved: Fixed an issue where DSX would freeze when navigating to the Achievements page if the user had no unlocked achievements.
- Steam API Integration: Updated the DSX.Steam companion app to correctly fetch achievement data via the Steam API.
DSX Console Companion App:
- Compile Fixes: Improved the compilation process and updated the program’s placement. It now resides in its own folder alongside DSX for better organization.
- New Command: /listProfiles: Enables users to list all available controller profiles quickly and easily.
- New Command: /listDevices: Allows users to view all connected controllers and their MAC addresses for better device management.
- New Command: /silent: Added the option to hide the console window using the /silent command for a cleaner, distraction-free experience.

- Motion Axis Toggle Shortcut: Added the ability to toggle the use of specific axes (X, Y, Z) across all Motion-to modes, providing quick and precise control over motion behavior without the need to adjust your main settings.
Motion:
- Axis Toggles: Users can now toggle the X, Y, and Z axes on or off for all motion modes, offering more precise control.
- Override by Real Stick: This feature can now be toggled on for any Motion-to-Joystick mode. When enabled, motion will not affect stick movement if you’re physically moving the stick, allowing for better control and customization.
Haptics | Rumble Page:
- Audio-to-Haptics Fix: Resolved an issue where Audio-to-Haptics would activate unexpectedly when connecting a controller via USB while in rumble mode.
Installed Games Page:
- Steam Game Detection Fix: Resolved an issue where Steam games were not being detected due to recent changes in how Steam saves files locally.
- External Program Support: You can now add external programs by specifying their name, executable file path, arguments, and type. These programs can also be edited or deleted as needed for complete customization.
- GoG Galaxy Integration: DSX now detects GoG Galaxy games, allowing you to assign game profiles and set multiple executable paths for flawless game detection and tracking.
- Multiple Executable Support: Added the ability to set multiple executable paths for all detected games and external programs, enhancing flexibility and accuracy.
- Improved Detection & Tracking: Enhanced methods for detecting and tracking playtime for non-Steam games and external programs, ensuring a more seamless experience.
LED Page:
- Mute LED Crash Fix: Resolved a crash that occurred when changing Mute LED microphone settings without a controller attached.
