Dwarves: Glory, Death and Loot Version 1.19.0 Patch Notes – April 21, 2025

A new Dwarves: Glory, Death and Loot update 1.19.0 patch notes are released for players. Since the last major update, players have been experiencing multiple issues and bugs Hopefully, today’s Dwarves: Glory, Death and Loot update 1.19.0 will address some of these issues and bugs.

Dwarves: Glory, Death and Loot Patch 1.19.0 Notes- April 21, 2025

New Features
  • Season 2 is here!
    — Reset of all leaderboards
    — Introduced additional leaderboards for Eternal: on/off
    — Inheritance Items cannot be brought from the old Season into the new one
  • Added Mythic Forge Modifiers (granted once for the first mythic+ upgrade)
    — There are at least 2 unique modifiers per biome
    — Some modifiers can be limited to weapon or item type
    — If you only forge a single main stat onto an item, you can also choose a % modification
    — Available Everywhere: +10% STA, WIS, STR, INT, DEX, SPD, WGT
    — Forest: +5% Armor Penetration, +15% Buff Duration, +5% Bleed Chance (melee weapons)
    — Mountain: +5% Life Regen, +5% Thorns, +5% Block Chance (shields)
    — Cave: +20% Poison Damage, +1 Poison Stack
    — Ruins: +5% Magic Penetration, +10% Faster Burn Damage, +25% Range (ranged weapons)
    — Glacier: -5% Mana Cost, +15% Debuff Duration
  • Added 2 new craftable Items:
    — Crescent Blindfold: Assassins Mask + White Reavers Hood + Glacial Crown
    — Crescent Shoulders: Assassins Shoulders + White Reavers Cape + Glacial Pauldrons
  • Added 1 new Item Set: Crescent Set
  • Added new Formation: Blood Hunters (Requirement: 80% of dwarves have a chance to bleed)
  • Added ‘Combine All Items’ button to Storage to speed up the 3-to-1 item upgrades
Changes and QoL

General

  • Increased Mana Regen gained from WIS and reduced its diminishing return
    — Old formula: WIS 0.25 (100/(100 + WIS))
    — New formula: WIS 0.35 (300/(300 + WIS))
  • All Items will now be shown in the obtainable item list (click on the card jewel)
  • All Forge recipes will now be hinted at even before discovering them
  • All Formations will now be hinted at even before discovering them
  • All Status Effects were added to the ‘Battle Effects’ section of the Guide
    Items
  • Reworked Artifact ‘Scarab Brooch’ to boost shielding and healing abilities
  • Reworked ‘Last Prayer’ Ultimate to be able to prevent death blows
  • ‘Last Stand’ Ultimate shield scaling reduced from 50% to 30% max HP
  • ‘Execute’ Ultimate can no longer be prevented by buffs (e.g. Immune, Sacrifice)
  • Forks from ‘Kugelblitz’ will now hit less targets
  • Crossbow (2H) now additionally scales with Strength
  • ‘Iron Storm’ Ultimate damage scaling increased to [Weapon Damage + Strength] * 2
  • Reduced Speed and Dexterity of ‘Explosive Quiver’
  • ‘Explosive Arrows’ will now deal 0.7 DEX damage (down from 1.0 DEX)
  • Increased stats of ‘Quiver of Blight’, ‘Quiver of the Sun Archer’ and ‘Moonlight Quiver’
  • Changes to ‘Sun Archer’ Items
    — Quiver: Chance to apply burning increased from 25% to 35%
    — Set: Increased DEX to INT conversion rate from 25% to 50%
  • Changes to ‘Moonlight’ Items
    — Quiver: Chance to apply freezing increased from 15% to 20%
    — Set: Chance to pierce increased from 20% to 35%
  • Changes to ‘Quiver of Blight’
    — Chance to apply poison increased from 25% to 35%
    — Now additionally increases poison damage inflicted by 35%
  • Changes to ‘Dark Crystal’ Artifact: Increased damage absorption maximum from 40% to 50%
  • Changes to ‘Holy Crystal’ Artifact: Now heals 25% of the wearers max HP
  • Beastmaster changes:
    — Can now summon a maximum of 10 boars
    — Set bonus changed to summon an additional boar at the start of battle
  • Adjusted prices and stats of several Items
  • Increased gold value of all items with increased rarity
  • Advanced Items bought from the shop will now always be of normal quality
  • Stat modifiers will now always appear in the same order
    Forge
  • Mana Regen and Life Regen modifiers have been removed from the Forge
  • Forest biome now has a new modifier: Poison Resistance
  • Glacier biome now has a new modifier: Ailment Chance (increases chance to apply already existing debuffs)
  • Disassembling items in the Forge will now yield more white Mythril regardless of method
  • Mythril will now stay sorted by rarity in the Forge
  • Locked items can no longer be placed as ingredients in the Forge if they are mythic+
  • Updated layout of the info windows in the Forge
    Runes
  • Variants of Runes will now always be shown when selecting them
  • Doubled the chance for all ‘Inquisition’ Runes
  • Changes to ‘Judgement’ Rune:
    — ‘Smite’ caused by the ‘Judgement’ Rune now has a maximum range (10 in terms of sign-posts)
    — Increased chance to activate for T2: 24% -> 56% and T3: 40% -> 80%
  • Changes to ‘Blacksmith’ Rune (increase Mythril obtained when disassembling items):
    — Increased chance for T1: 8% -> 32%, T2: 16% -> 48% and T3: 24% -> 64%
  • Increases to item drop chance (e.g. ‘Plunder’ Rune) will now also affect Champion Item drop chance
    Battle
  • When using ‘Hold the Line’ Formation with Eternal:off, Dwarves will charge forward after 3 minutes
  • Warpriests will now use healing when team health is below 75% (up from 50%) in Eternal mode
  • The ‘Silenced’ debuff will now be displayed in battle and the dwarf details
  • ‘Orb of Mana’ will now also display its activation during battle
  • Changes to Dragon bosses in Raid:
    — ‘Dragon Storm’ now has more range and always deals Thunder damage
    — Storm Wyvern now uses the ability ‘Dragon Storm II’ which is triggered by any form of physical damage and has more range
  • Reduced the visual effect of Artifact activations during combat from 3 to 2 seconds
  • Toggling the Auto-Wave-Progress button during battle will now disable the manual upgrade button
  • Improved behavior of the Chain Heal and Kugelblitz projectiles
  • Optimized several physics calculations
    Miscellaneous
  • Updated several Formations sprites
  • Added chance to Chill/Fear as a secondary stat to the Dwarf Details
  • ‘Poison Arrows’ chance for Orcs has been increased from 15% to 25%
  • Bone Archer Orcs will now prefer to use ‘Poison Arrows’
  • Raid loot can no longer be sold in the Battle Report
  • Storage page will now stay the same when switching between Halls
  • The game will now prevent equipping the same unique Artifacts
  • Artifacts dropped in Raids are now locked by default (but can still be unlocked)
  • Added current chance and amount of rerolls for Veterans to the Veteran reroll button tooltip
  • If you have several Artifact events queued, you can now choose to skip all of them
  • Improved wording on several text descriptions
  • Added confirmation window when trying to close the game in windowed mode
  • Added an animation for the ‘Pinned’ debuff effect
  • After selecting a battle, you can now go ‘To War’ from almost any hall and set a hotkey
Bug Fixes
  • Fixed a bug where Explosive Arrows could trigger multiple times when reaching their end of life
  • Fixed a bug where ‘Explosive Arrows’ could trigger multiple times when hitting the ground
  • Fixed an issue where opponents could become locked in melee combat without attacking
  • Fixed some entries in the Guide
  • Fixed a potential bug where Steam Achievements would stop recording when switching Clans
  • Fixed an issue where Champion Items could drop multiple times in Eternal mode
  • Fixed a bug where some dwarf battle portraits would show up as black squares after death
  • Fixed a bug where Artifacts could be rerolled for free
  • Fixed a bug where life regeneration would also remove an arrow with each tick
  • Fixed a bug where deserted battles could be wrongly transferred to a new clan
  • Fixed an issue where the Artifact ‘Phoenix Feather’ was not appearing correctly in Death (Hard) Mode
  • Fixed an issue with Passives sometimes not being displayed correctly in the dwarf details
  • Fixed an issue with the interaction of ‘Cane of the Ancient’ and ‘Boots of Speed’
  • Fixed a bug where the damage increase stacks of the Artifact ‘Tesla Coil’ were not applied correctly
  • Fixed an issue where mythic Artifacts would still consume resources when trying to upgrade them
  • Fixed a few issues when switching between beer and sell cursor in the Tavern
  • Fixed an issue where increased damage was not displayed in the Rune Circle summary
  • Fixed some issues where certain Status Effects were not displayed in the details (e.g. ‘Fear’ for ‘Umbra Wings’)
  • Fixed a bug where changes to attack speed during combat were far larger than intended
  • Fixed a bug where ‘Orb of Mana’ was gaining less mana regeneration per stack than intended
  • Fixed a bug where the damage reduction buff from ‘Sacrifice’ would only last 3 instead of 5 seconds
  • Fixed a bug where secondary stats were rounded and not displayed correctly in the dwarf details
  • Fixed an issue where you could not gain more gold than the integer limit per battle
  • Fixed a bug where the Paladin off-hand Justice could also appear in the normal shop
  • Fixed a bug where enemies would gain extra EXP from the Rune Circle
  • Fixed a bug where the Holy Explosion from the ‘Inquisition’ Rune was using the wrong damage multipliers
  • Probably fixed a bug where the ‘Dragon Staff’ would suddenly disappear
  • Fixed some bugs with the ‘Inheritance’ Rune
    — You should no longer be able to inherit the same item on multiple Clans
    — You can now inherit a Champion Item (and thus have 2x the same Champion Item)
  • Fixed some issues when displaying possible Status Effects in the Dwarf Details
  • Fixed a bug where disassembling all items in the Forge would also apply to items placed on the anvil
  • Fixed some issues where hotkeys would affect inactive areas of the game
  • Fixed a rare issue with the display of the battle report stats
  • Optimized projectile behavior and fixed a few smaller issues:
    — Fixed an issue where Axes would not get removed after 10 seconds
    — Fixed an issue where the ‘Tornado’ projectile could hit the same target too frequently
    — Fixed an issue where piercing cannonballs (‘Parabellum’ Rune) could be destroyed too early
