A new Emberward update 0.2.1 patch notes are released for players. Since the last major update, players have been experiencing multiple issues and bugs Hopefully, today’s Emberward update 0.2.1 will address some of these issues and bugs.

Emberward Patch 0.2.1 Notes – June 29, 2024
New Features
- Added damage meter to display the total damage of all towers. (Experimental)
- Added the ability to draw on the map by holding down Ctrl. (Experimental)
- Hovering the mouse over the backpack icon next to the card deck in the game will show the block cards in your backpack.
Gameplay Enhancements
- Added “Edge Scrolling” option in the settings menu.
- Added tips to disable moving background in the ???? level.
- The “Hold Shift key” hint will no longer appear after the player uses Shift to build a tower.
- Added new icons for special-sized towers (Yes, the 3×3+)
- Chunk: Reduced the number of giant blocks at the start to 2.
- Hovering the mouse over the fire source will now show the attack range and damage values. The Demon Flame will also show the number of monsters needed for upgrading.
- Fire sources now prioritize attacking the enemies with the most progress (previously the nearest enemies).
- Added save backup feature to reduce the risk of save corruption due to hardware errors.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed the issue where the redraw button did not disappear in some situations.
- Fixed the default priority error of the sniper tower.
- Fixed the issue where Demon Flame did not unlock after completing Hero difficulty Desert.
- Adjusted the placement of objects in several maps.
