Galaxy S6 Active update G890AUCS6DQJ1 out with KRACK Wi-Fi fix

Samsung is now rolling out a new software update G890AUCS6DQJ1 for Samsung’s Galaxy S6 Active devices in the US. The latest patch fixed recently discovered KRACK Wi-Fi security vulnerability.

In addition, the new firmware update includes Android October security patch which addresses a total of 81 Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE) in the open-source Android OS. The update weighs around 60MB.
