Game developer The Coalition is set to release the Gears of War 4 October Update this Monday, October 23rd. The update will add two new maps – Fuel Depot and Lift Apex. The new update will add Xbox One X enhancements.
Fuel Depot map makes it easy for players to flank and catch opponents out in the open. On the other hand, Lift Apex is built upon the “original by re-imagining the design of the map without the mechanics of a moving lift and expanding territory.” It’s worth mentioning that both of these maps were already available in Gears of War. As for availability, Season Pass holders can play both maps from October 23. Additionally, they will also get double XP and 20% Bonus Credits. The maps will be available for all users in public matchmaking from October 30.
However, players will need to download the latest Xbox One console update in order to download the Gears of War 4 October Update. Just head over to Settings -> Updates and manually update your console.
