Google PhotoScan app for Android and iOS lets you scan old printed snaps

Google has launched PhotoScan app for Android and iOS devices. PhotoScan by Google Photos let you ‘scan’ old, printed photos. The app digitizes them and uploads them to Google Photos.

Google says what you’re getting with PhotoScan app “is not just a photo of a photo”, but something better, with no glare at all. It only takes a few seconds to scan each photo. PhotoScan automatically straightens images, detects edges, and rotates them to the correct orientation.
