Google Maps and Earth apps updates bring super sharp images from NASA’s Landsat 8 satellite. That means Google Maps and Earth app now contain far sharper and more detailed photographs.
Google Maps and Earth’s satellite imagery was last updated in 2013. Google used less-capable Landsat 7 to captured images.
