Grocery Store Simulator Patch 0.0.6 Notes – June 18, 2024
[NEW]
- Added player customization.
- Added a hold-to-stock/take-back feature.
- Boxes now have dynamic labels.
- Wooden crates have been replaced with cardboard boxes.
[FIXES]
- The settings slider now properly adjusts the music volume.
- Fixed an issue where the maximum customer count would reset to store level 1.
[PERFORMANCE]
- Changed from DirectX 12 to DirectX 11, resulting in lower VRAM usage and overall better performance. This should also fix the issue where players experienced 1-5fps. NOTE: Physics work a bit differently now. If your store has a lot of boxes laying around, you may experience significant FPS drops. Try to keep the boxes on the storage shelves or throw them out in the dumpster until we optimize the physics.
- Improved lighting in the parking lot for better performance.
[MISC]
- Made minor changes to the Main Menu UI.
- Adjusted camera location when leaving checkout.
