1. Download decrypter from here (3MB)
2. Extract decrypt-multi-release.7z(use WinRAR).
3. Now download official Windows 10 Creators Update ESD file from here.
4. Paste downloaded ESD file in ‘decrypt-multi-release’ folder.
5. Now double-click decrypt-ESD.cmd and wait.
6. New command line blue screen will pop-up, just wait and enter 1.
7. It will take 5-6min to convert Windows 10 ESD to ISO file.
