IfSunSets Update 0.3.11 Patch Notes – Nov. 15, 2024

A new IfSunSets update 0.3.11 patch notes are released for players. Since the last major update, players have been experiencing multiple issues and bugs Hopefully, today’s IfSunSets update 0.3.11 will address some of these issues and bugs.

IfSunSets Patch 0.3.11 Notes- November 15, 2024

■ Main Fixes

*** Fixed an issue where more than two players could enter a Multiplayer session.

  • Added a feature to automatically save world data during multiplayer sessions.* Only the Person who created the room can edit this
    *
     Fixed an issue where player stats (health, hunger, thirst) would reset to 0/0/0 and save data would be lost in multiplayer.* This issue occurred when a computer with a bad internet connection hosted a game. Guests joining the session had their health, hunger, and thirst set to 0/0/0. The character couldn’t move, and if the game was closed in that state, the player’s data was lost.
    *
     Fixed an issue where the client didn’t take damage from monsters’ close-range attacks when far away from the host.
  • Updated the “High Heat Key” for players who lost it and was not obtainable again, making it available again.**
■ Performance
  • Reduced frame drop issues further during attack animations.
  • Reduced frame drops when a character attacks enemies.
  • Reduced frame drops when placing multiple Crusher traps during a Night of the Dead.
■ Gameplay
  • Fixed an issue where the visual effects for the boss monster “Brown Beard” during his “Water Teleport” skill were not visible in the client environment.
  • Increased the duration of the single-target guided projectiles fired by the Twin Witches (Hansel and Gretel).
  • Added a jump key icon near zip lines to make it easier for players to understand how to use them.
  • Fixed an issue where players couldn’t use beds on nights marked as “Safe Night” due to a “Dangerous Night” warning appearing instead.
  • Fixed an issue in the largest tower of “Golden Wing Village” where one of the stairs was missing.
  • Fixed an issue where attempting to recover a large building (over 200 modules) would only recover one module starting from the second recovery attempt.
  • Changed the Cube Construction Module to allow wall-mounted objects to be placed.
  • Fixed an issue where modules that were thought to be disconnected were destroyed when breaking buildings.
  • Fixed an issue where certain furniture items, carpets, and storage objects weren’t recovered when dismantling a building.
  • Eased the installation criteria for 1×1 stair construction modules.
  • Eased the installation criteria for cube construction modules, making it easier to place on ceilings and floors.
  • Made it possible to move while using the Bandage.
  • Fixed a bug where the interaction outline for items and collectible bundles would not disappear.
  • Fixed an issue in the “Fanatics’ Land” dungeon where an unintended transparent wall blocked access to a path, preventing entry.
■ Multiplayer
  • Fixed an issue where the visual effects for two types of boss monster death effects were not visible in the client environment.
  • Fixed an issue where box names created by the client in multiplayer were not visible to the host.
  • Fixed an issue in multiplayer where, when interacting with water to drink and the UI of that interaction would overlap with other players’ interactions.
  • Fixed an issue where the map would not close after a player was revived by a rescue during a “Night of the Dead” event in multiplayer.
  • Fixed an issue where the character wouldn’t move when entering as a client.~~
  • Fixed an issue where players could enter the exit room of the last boss in the “Fanatics’ Land” dungeon in an unintended manner.
■ Localization
  • Fixed an issue where the “Invincible” text displayed when attacking monsters was missing in some languages.
■ Balancing
  • Adjusted trap durability when used on low-level monsters, and increased durability drain when used on named monsters.
  • Reduced the experience points of monsters summoned by the Cult Summoner.
  • Daytime monster trap damage reduced by 30%, durability reduced by 30%
  • Named Bosses will now deal 3x durability damage to traps.
