Windows 10 Redstone, will be the stage for several unpublished interesting news. The new function would be similar to what we find on iOS and OS X. A Windows user might open a document on your desktop, start to edit it and continue editing from your smartphone . The user would be informed of this new functionality directly from Cortana and would be used in different applications. For example, while you are writing an email, or after searching a road run on the new Maps app.
Obviously the functionality should be available both on PC, tablet than on Windows smartphones. It is not yet clear whether this functionality will be integrated into Continuum, or if it will be identified as a feature in its own right. We’ll find out in the next build of Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile.
