Verizon LG G6 is now receiving a new software update VS98813A in the US. The latest patch fixed recently discovered security vulnerability and other issues.
In addition, the update includes Android October security patch which addresses Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE) in the open-source Android OS. The firmware update also includes device stability improvements, bug fixes and further improvements for performance.
