Lost Castle 2 Update Patch Notes – January 16, 2025

A new Lost Castle 2 update patch notes are released for players. Since the last major update, players have been experiencing multiple issues and bugs Hopefully, today’s Lost Castle 2 update will address some of these issues and bugs.

Lost Castle 2 Patch Notes- January 16, 2025

Major Updates

New Level: Saltpeter Desert – Explore a scorching, treasure-laden wasteland!
New Bosses: Face the cunning Treasure Anglerfish and the dreaded The Captain.
New Enemies: Battle 9 types of desert-themed foes lurking in the dunes!
New Difficulty: Ethereals’ Nightmare – A completely reworked difficulty system that replaces Hard and Nightmare modes for a fresh and brutal challenge!
Soul Inscription System: Unlock unique combat styles for weapons by mastering this new collection and progression mechanic tied to Ethereals’ Nightmare.

2 new treasures to collect and wield!
3 shiny new armor sets to mix and match!
Fresh cosmetic skins available from the Goblin Merchant—because looking good while smashing baddies is important.

Adjustments

1. Adjusted the dodge cooldown adjustment of the treasure “Demon’s Cloak“‘’s effect from 1.5 seconds to 1 second.
2. Adjusted the trigger effect of the treasure “Sturdy Gloves“, so that all triggered attack effects can also be triggered.
3. Skill and dodge action’s switch timing of the attack actions for two-handed weapons have been advanced.
4. The size of the damage pop-up numbers in combat has been adjusted, the duration of the pop-up numbers has been slightly shortened, and the size of the low damage numbers has been reduced.

Fixes

1. Fixed the issue of abnormal input in the main menu after changing the menu button settings.
2. Fixed the abnormal trigger order of the treasure “Rebirth Amulet” and the camp facility’s resurrection effect.
3. Fixed the abnormal effect of the treasure “Kinetic Conversion Furnace“. Turbo lacne is no longer affected by this effect when in cooldown state.
4. Fixed the issue of the “Soul-Absorbing Wedge” treasure healing when hitting scarecrows.
5. Fixed the numerical anomaly of the dual blades “Soul Shards“‘s finisher attack.
6. Fixed the twitching issue of the single-handed weapon “Kalion’s Javelin” when holding both attack and special action simultaneously.
7. Fixed the issue of the thrown axes disappearing after hitting enemies with the skill of the two-handed weapon “Mechanical Blade Axe“.
8. Fixed the occasional abnormal damage caused by the bow “Arrow of Evil Charm“‘s skill.
9. Fixed the abnormal acquisition of the server latency list during multiplayer mode.
10. Fixed the issue of possible rescue failure when multiple characters overlap during multiplayer mode.
