Meme Mayhem update 0.21.37 is now rolling out on PC (Steam). According to the official Meme Mayhem patch notes, the latest update 0.21.37 added quality of life improvements and gameplay optimizations.
Since the last patch, players are facing a number of problems with the game. Today’s Meme Mayhem patch 0.21.37 will fix a few of these issues.

Meme Mayhem Patch 0.21.37 Notes – November 27, 2024
- Fixed an issue where the game could get stuck if an enemy was defeated before all haters joined their magazine.
- Fixed Win-Win being triggered by coffee.
- Fixed heal on ult not triggering properly.
- Fixed certain perks not triggering Good Fruit properly.
- Fixed Foolish Move not triggering an extra hater.
- Fixed Elbows and their interactions with Tinkling.
- Fixed Perfect’s initial robot not appearing correctly.
- Fixed Blackhole and Tinkling interactions that sometimes led to a game-stuck bug.
- Fixed Forced Transactions not triggering double combo relics properly.
- Fixed Smoke of Aiden visual issues.
- Fixed Forced Transactions discount price number color visual bug.
- All “hit by haters 50 times” perks now trigger at 50 instead of 51.
Balance Update: Goblin
- Reactive Stress energy decreased to 20 and gained a new effect:
When max energy is lower than 40, a special buff, “Kidney Deficiency,” is applied. Each drop deals 10,000% damage but costs 10% max health. - Hater now deals 5 more damage
- Initial health decreased to 1800.
- Split Stream now increases Tinkle speed to 250.
- 400 gold and 10 income perk removed from the pool.
- Blood Gem requirement increases to 4444.
- Tinkle sound effects (SFX) improved.
