Microsoft might be holding a hardware launch in London. The company confirmed that Surface chief Panos Panay will be holding a keynote at its Future Decoded event, which runs from October 31 to November 1.
The company might launch its new Surface Book 2 or Surface Book in black. The current model is two years old and still uses Intel’s sixth-generation ‘Skylake’ processors. It was refreshed with a ‘Performance Base’ model, but the main PC hasn’t changed.
Recently, the software giant also promised an LTE variant of the Surface Pro, so that might be something that we see at the event as well. Other than that, refreshes to the Surface Studio and Surface Hub with Intel’s 8th Gen processors are also possible.
More details will be available on October 31.
