Nuclear Option update 0.29 is now rolling out on PC (Steam). According to the official Nuclear Option patch notes, the latest update 0.29 added quality of life improvements and gameplay optimizations.
Since the last patch, players are facing a number of problems with the game. Today’s Nuclear Option patch 0.29 will fix a few of these issues.

• Added propellers to Hyperion Class Carrier model
• New mission showcasing VL-49 Tarantula: Expedition
• Added Mission Editor support for custom airbases
• Added Mission Editor Capture Airbase and Spot Unit objectives
• Added starting fuel slider for aircraft placed in Mission Editor
Bug Fixes
• Fixed SAH-46 Chicane loadout weight displaying incorrectly in selection menu
• Fixed some units appearing in arbitrary positions for a few frames after spawn
• Fixed issues with hangars and helipads being incorrectly repaired and/or wreckage remaining
• Reduced cases of target cam clipping into aircraft or ground
• Fixed ships becoming stuck while sailing under northern bridge
• Fixed instruction of wrong default keybind for Next Weapon in Tutorial 3
• Fixed missing LoD meshes for KR-67 Ifrit
• Improved stability and accuracy of Shard Class Corvette network position sync
Interface
• Added grid coordinates to maximized map, and current grid to minimap
• Added time of day and mission time (optional IRL time) to HUD
• Added view-locked speed and attitude information to HUD
• Added option for lag pip to guns HUD
• Added range circle for much more accurate missile range estimation, with optional ladder layout
• Added objective markers to map
• Added map filters for viewing specific unit types
• Added mission statistics viewable alongside maximized map
• Added dynamic scaling for leaderboard UI to ensure all players are visible
• Harmonized UI styling for several menus
Audio
• Added deselect and deselect all sound
• Added new theme music for VL-49 Tarantula (Soundtrack DLC also updated)
• Updated themes for BDF and PALA to match soundtrack versions
Balance
• Increased supersonic drag for most bombs
• Increased max visual range detection for ships
• Added Dynamo Class Destroyers to Escalation and Breakout missions
• Added VL-49 Factories to various missions
