Oxygen OS 4.5.6 update for OnePlus 5 fixed 911 reboot issue

Oxygen OS 4.5.6 update is now rolling out for OnePlus 5. The new update is released to fix the “911 reboot” issue. The update also includes other bug fixes and improvements.

The smartphone was released last month, since then the OnePlus 5 owners faced multiple issues like the “jelly scrolling” effect issue, the audio issue followed by issues surrounding the Wi-Fi. And, the latest issue to have joined the list is the “911 reboot” issue.

Previously, the company released the Oxygen OS 4.5.5 update to fix WiFi connectivity issue as well as enhances video recording capability of OnePlus 5. In addition, there are improvements for voice calling and Vibration intensity. The vibration intensity when receiving calls has been decreased.

Oxygen OS 4.5.6 update for OnePlus 5 is rolling out over the air. The OTA update notification may take some time to pop up on your device.

However, you can also manually check for the update by heading to your handset’s Settings menu.
