A new Psycho Patrol R update released on PC. According to the official Psycho Patrol R patch notes, the latest update addresses some bugs and crashes.
Since the last patch, players are experiencing problems with the game. Today’s Psycho Patrol R patch will fix a few of these issues.

Psycho Patrol R Patch Notes – March 27, 2025
- Added new V-Stalker legs with slightly different boost mechanics. Can be found somewhere in the world.
- Fixed money duplication glitch involving bribing civilians.
- Settings now save when the game autosaves. Save settings button is still there and you should still press it after you’re done changing your settings, just in case.
