Rainbow Six Siege update 1.36 for PS4 and Xbox One is now available for download. The new big Rainbow Six Siege 1.36 update has added Operation Blood DLC which includes a new free Theme Park map, three new Operators(Ying, Lesion, and Ela), and a host of gameplay updates. Currently, the new Operators are available to Season Pass owners for free. Everyone else will be able to purchase them in-game a week later. Read more about the DLC here.
In addition, the new update also comes with over 1,300 bug fixes, including adjustments to the smoke system and rebalancing some of the Operators. Previously, Rainbow Six Siege 1.34 and 1.35 update was released.
Bug Fixes in Rainbow Six Siege update 1.36 for PS4 and Xbox One
- Rainbow Six Siege version 1.36 has fixed an issue where Pinging something through smoke will cause the ping effect to be placed in the smoke.
- Fixed an issue where Drone can sometimes bounce and fly outside of the map when thrown.
- Fixed an issue where The length of the replay camera is sometimes too short.
- Fixed an issue where Glass debris block shots.
- Fixed an issue where Some throwable objects are able to pass through electrified wire without taking damage.
- Fixed an issue where Players are sometimes unable to vault over other player’s deployable shields.
- Fixed an issue where Players that go prone while falling do not make any noise. This should help with drop-shotting through hatches.
- Fixed an issue where Players are unable to scan enemies with a friendly drone after theirs is destroyed during the Preparation phase.
- Fixed an issue where Players are able to clip through walls through the use of an exploit involving another player.
- Rainbow Six Siege update 1.36 has fixed an issue where Shield Operators can become invisible after performing multiple specific animations.
- Fixed an issue where Players will sometimes stop mid-air while vaulting.
- Fixed an issue where Shield Operator are interrupted by an enemy performing a melee attack at the same time as the Shield Operator performs a melee attack. (To clarify, the shield break animation will no longer be triggered when both players are performing melee attacks at the same time.)
