Russian Fishing 4 update is now available to download on PC. According to the official Russian Fishing 4 patch notes, the latest update addresses some bugs and crashes.
Previously, a major update added new changes, fixes, and gameplay improvements.
Unfortunately, players are still experiencing several issues since the release. Today’s Russian Fishing 4 version will fix a few of these issues.

Russian Fishing 4 Patch Notes – Jan. 29, 2025
- New Year’s fairs are closed.
- The amount of experience points received for catching the following types of fish has been increased: White-eye bream, Rudd, Caspian Roach, Taran, Blue bream, Vimba, Shemaya, Black Sea Shemaya, Tench, Loach, Perch, Common Barbel.
- The prices of the following types of fish have increased at fish markets: Chinese Sleeper, Gudgeon, Loach, Common barbel, Blue bream, White-eye bream, Rudd, Caspian Roach, Taran, Vimba, Shemaya, Black Sea shemaya, Tench.
- A new fish species, the Loach, has been added to the Mosquito lake.
- On Mosquito lake, the population size, average and maximum weights have increased for the following fish species: common carp, mirror carp, bream, ide, white bream, chub.
- On Bear lake, the population size and average weight of the albino barbel have increased, and the average weight of the common barbel has also increased.
- The ability to transfer an item unpacked from a set purchased in the store for gold coins to another player has been provided. Items unpacked from a set before the release of this update will not have this ability.
- In some cases it was impossible to enter the player’s house.
- The game character could move spontaneously.
- It was possible to place a chair or rod pod in a place not intended for these items.
- When disembarking from a boat, the character did not always move to the designated place on the shore.
- It was not possible to use the Fisher Choice Brand New Year’s Coffee Can item to brew coffee.
- Syberia Caliber 80 SLC reel was displayed incorrectly.
- On some Venga reels the line was displayed incorrectly.
