Seer’s Gambit update is now available to download on PC. According to the official Seer’s Gambit patch notes, the latest update addresses some bugs and crashes.
Previously, a major update added new changes, fixes, and gameplay improvements.
Unfortunately, players are still experiencing several issues since the release. Today’s Seer’s Gambit version will fix a few of these issues.

Seer’s Gambit Patch Notes – Nov. 20, 2024
- Decreased difficulty of all starting areas surrounding taverns.
- Decreased the difficulty of all areas from Chapter 2 onward. You’ll still need to pick some world upgrades, but you should now be able to survive longer.
- Prices for upgrades have been lowered, making it easier to get upgrades.
- Added an extra warning when selecting “New Game” to clarify that this will reset all your progress.
We are working to fix the following bugs and will release a patch as soon as they are resolved:
- Some heroes can get stuck while fighting.
- Your team can get stuck when fighting the final boss.
- Snowball buffs occasionally reset unexpectedly.
Finding and resolving these bugs are our top priority, alongside ensuring the game’s difficulty feels right for everyone.
Here’s what we hope to add in the near future:
- Address the big jump in difficulty after day 5. This is deeply tied to the core gameloop of upgrading the world, but we understand that the current implementation feels too punishing so we want to look into how we can make this more fun.
- An option to toggle whether heroes automatically have auto-cast turned on when recruited.
- An additional recruitment opportunity on the first day to help build your team faster.
- An extra equipment slot for all heroes.
- A “Hard Mode” where you can play the game at its original difficulty.
