A new Ships At Sea update 0.7.1 patch notes are released for players. Since the last major update, players have been experiencing multiple issues and bugs Hopefully, today’s Ships At Sea update 0.7.1 will address some of these issues and bugs.

Ships At Sea 0.7.1 Patch Notes – May 31, 2024
- A number of performance improvements
- Added markings for medium cargo areas
- Added 1000 kg bag of fish food for purchase
- Added autopilot to all boats
- Added autosave feature you can now set the frequency of autosaving in the options menu
- Added crane on Stavøya
- Added lights on fish farms
- Added the ability to delete save games from the menu
- Adjusted docking areas around fish farms
- Adjustments to the fog so that there are no longer any black horizon lines
- Balanced longlines
- Balanced Fixer, should hopefully not capsize so easily anymore
- Cargo spawn area on Værøy has been adjusted
- Inventory skill tree has been enabled, allowing you to acquire more inventory slots
- Including adjustments to address GPU-related crashes
- Improved water mask on Flippy
- Fixed and balanced fish farms, now fish will only grow if the food available is not less than the required amount
- Fixed a problem where the fish food would not be visible as a client
- Fixed crash when using FSR 3 upscaler
- Fixed crash when setting longline
- Fixed crash when performing certain interactions with an animation
- Fixed crash when entering the boathouse as a client
- Fixed crash when onboarding a boat
- Fixed crash when switching pages in the compendium
- Fixed crash when pressing to join a lobby slot
- Fixed crash when trying to lock a buoy in place
- Fixed crash when selecting a mission
- Fixed crash when viewing owned boats in the UI
- Fixed crash when updating mission progress
- Fixed crash when deleting UI map markers
- Fixed crash when using the map in multiplayer
- Fixed an issue where the water cannon panel was overlapping the horn button on Skarven
- Fixed the issue where user settings were not being properly applied at startup
- Fixed issue where loading a save inside a fish habitat would not recognize that you were in the habitat
- Fixed issue where rowboats could not be repurchased after being sold
- Fixed speedometer on Tier 1 and 2 boats
- Fixed some issues related to medium cargo
- Fixed issue where inventory items were not being used
- Fixed the issue with jigging not working for the client in multiplayer
- Fixed the issue with screen flickering for some users
- Fixed issue with Tier 2 sonar not working
- Improved lighting and post-processing
- Improved inventory system, you can now only hold one item of certain items
- Resolved problem with longline buckets occasionally disappearing after being hauled
- Some audio improvements
