SurrounDead update 0.7.1 is now rolling out on PC (Steam). According to the official SurrounDead patch notes, the latest update 0.7.1 added quality of life improvements and gameplay optimizations.
Since the last patch, players are facing a number of problems with the game. Today’s SurrounDead patch 0.7.1 will fix a few of these issues.

SurrounDead Patch 0.7.1 Notes – May 17, 2025
- Fixed not being able to interact with buildable doors
- Water wells not on the lanscape will no longer spam a notification but just won’t automatically gather water unless it’s raining or snowing
