SurrounDead update 0.6.0b is now rolling out on PC (Steam). According to the official SurrounDead patch notes, the latest update 0.6.0b added quality of life improvements and gameplay optimizations.
Since the last patch, players are facing a number of problems with the game. Today’s SurrounDead patch will fix a few of these issues.

SurrounDead Patch 0.6.0b Notes – September 22, 2024
- Added option to disable weapon scrolling (If disabled no holding Alt for camera distance)
- New building block at POIs is now default set to false (There is also a difficulty option that came out shortly after the patch yesterday)
- Fixed issues with weapon scrolling (Building, inventory, etc)
- Fixed vehicle braking above 25mph
