Sony is now rolling out a new software update 47.1.A.5.51 for Xperia XZ Premium smartphones. This update comes with a fix for the camera sensor issues. The smartphones camera RGBC-IR and ToF (Laser AF) sensors were not working as they should. The update also includes latest Android November security patch.
The Android November security patch brings fixes for 61 Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures discovered in the Android operating system. The firmware update also includes device stability improvements, bug fixes and further improvements for performance. The Krack bug is also likely fixed in this release.
