Verizon Galaxy Note 8 gets update N950USQU1AQI5 with fixes

Verizon has released a new software update N950USQU1AQI5 for Galaxy Note 8 smartphones in the US with bug fixes and improvements. The latest patch has also fixed the BlueBorne security vulnerability on Android devices which lets a hacker gain control over everything on your device, all your files, camera, microphone, etc. just by being in range of your device’ Bluetooth connection.

In addition, the update also improved camera app stability, improved Wireless charging, and general performance improvements. The patch size is around 198MB.

Make sure you have enough charge on your device at least 60% to 70% before downloading the update.

Update: The latest patch is also rolling out for Sprint, T-Mobile and AT&T Note 8 users.
