New VLC UWP app for Windows 10, Windows 10 Mobile and for Xbox One will arrive in May 2016. VLC(Videolan) team has announced the arrival of the famous Video application in the universal version of VLC UWP app.
Windows 10 Insider(Redstone) will get first hand on the public beta of the VLC UWP app for Windows Mobile 10 next week. In May, Windows 10 and tablet users will get universal VLC app. The Windows 10 VLC app may support an in-app Picture in Picture mode that would allow users to browse the app while watching a video.
