Build 10586.242 for Windows 10 PC and Mobile spotted today. A few days back Microsoft released the official Windows 10 build 10586.218 for PCs and smartphones. Some users faced problems installing build 10586.218 or Windows 10 cumulative update KB3147458 and KB3147461. Maybe the fix is in work by Microsoft.
