Windows 10 build 17031 is now going through internal testing. The new Redstone 4 Update build 17031 (10.0.17031.1000 rs_prerelease.171030-1431) was compiled on Oct 30, 2017. Windows 10 Mobile build 15400 was also compiled recently.
Windows Insider team will not release new build this week because of a bug. The new build will roll out next week for fast and skip ahead insiders.
Redstone 4 update build 17025 is now available for Slow, Fast and Skip ahead insider members. The new build comes with new features and other improvements to the OS.
Windows 10 version 1709 (Fall Creators Update) is now available for everyone. A new cumulative update KB4043961 (OS build 16299.19) is also available for end users. The update comes with bug fixes and minor improvements.
