Microsoft is now testing Windows 10 build 17038 internally. The new Redstone 4 Update build 17038 (10.0.17038.1000 rs_prerelease.171108-1827) was compiled on Nov 8, 2017. Windows Insider team is also testing mobile build 15254.12(10.0.15254.12).
Windows 10 Redstone 4 update build 17035 is now available for Fast and Skip ahead insider members. This build includes many new features like Near Share. With this feature, you can now wirelessly share files and URLs to nearby PCs.
Windows 10 monthly security cumulative updates will roll out on November 14.
