Windows 10 build 17074.1002 is now available for fast ring insiders. The latest build is a minor update over the previous build 17074.1000. According to the official patch notes, This build is the same as the version of Build 17074 released last week with 2 additional fixes. The issue causing AMD PCs to become unbootable is now fixed.
Also, the new build addressed an issue which caused certain devices to hang on the boot screen after upgrading if virtualization is enabled in the BIOS.
