Microsoft is now testing Windows 10 build 17088 internally. The new Redstone 4 (v1803) update build 17088 (10.0.17088.1000 rs_prerelease.180126-1626) was compiled on Jan 26, 2018. This new build 17088 might roll out to Insiders this week.
In addition, Windows 10 Mobile build 15254.212 was also compiled on Jan 26.
Windows 10 preview build 17083 is now available for the Insiders. The latest build brings new features, bug fixes, and various other improvements.
