Microsoft is now testing Windows 10 version 1803 build 17015 for PCs. The new Redstone 4 Update build 17015 (10.0.17015.1000 rs_prerelease.171006-1614) was compiled on Oct 6, 2017. Windows Insider team might release build 17015 to skip ahead insider members this week.
The final Windows 10 Fall Creators Update build 16299.15 also known as RTM build is now available for Fast and Slow Ring Insider members. The company will release this build to everyone on October 17th.
On Oct. 10, Microsoft will release its monthly security patch updates for Windows 10 devices. In addition, fast ring insiders might also receive new cumulative updates for RTM build.
