Microsoft has released new Windows Device Recovery Tool mandatory update. The latest recovery tool update version is 3.8.19701 and includes updates to the HoloLens recovery.
Device recovery tool needed to install latest builds or if something goes wrong with your phone. You just need to connect your phone with PC and run recovery tool. This is must have software for Windows 10 Mobile Insiders.
