Beam interactive livestreaming service is now part of Microsoft

Microsoft announced today that they are acquiring Beam interactive live streaming service. Beam is a live streaming service that gives viewers the ability to watch and play along with their favorite game streamers in real-time. Beam offers watch-and-chat experience directly into a streamer’s gameplay and live broadcast.
